the listening room
october’s theme: listening for the ancestors
Sunday, October 26th | 10:00 AM Pacific Time | One Hour
what is the listening room?
A sacred hour to practice the art of deep listening.
In a world full of noise, we gather to remember how to hear—not just with our ears, but with our whole being. The Listening Room is a monthly container for opening your senses, slowing down, and creating space to hear yourself.
Through guided practices, gentle ritual, and the power of collective presence, we'll attune to the wisdom that lives beneath the surface. This is listening as medicine. Listening as practice. Listening as a way home to yourself.
Come as you are, ready to hear what's been waiting to be heard.
What to expect: Guided listening practices, gentle movement, moments of sharing (always optional), and the spacious container of being witnessed and held.
